ABOUT THE FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY

The FOL, founded in 1976, is a non-profit support group that raises funds for the library. It’s sole purpose is to enhance the quality of the Library’s services and collections through its memberships and fundraising activities. Money earned through these activities is used to purchase additional books and equipment.

The book store offers a wide selection of "gently used" books at very reasonable prices.  The store is staffed by volunteers, and all sales proceeds go to Library support.

SWEETHEART MAGAZINE DRIVE

All donations to the Sweetheart Magazine Drive go to the Winter Haven Public Library for both print magazines and e-magazines. You can now donate online. Just click the red button!
