LEGO Club

Every Tuesday at 4PM in the Children's Story Room

We supply the Lego blocks, you supply the imagination!  Creations will be displayed during the following week.

Children enjoy stories, songs, finger plays and puppet shows that develop early literacy skills and promote interaction between parents and children.  Available through May 14, 2014

 

NEW! Chit Chat & Interact

Tuesdays & Wednesday at 11:30 & Noon
(immediately following Little Sprouts Story Time)

 

Chit Chat and Interact

Parents and caregivers share interactive play time with children in order to continue building early literacy skills taught in story time.  Available through May 14, 2014

Excellence in Reading
is a very successful program at the library. Children read specific books and are tested on a computer. There are a set number of books to read and incentives awarded along the way.  The Excellence in Reading program is  for ages 5-17.

Saturday Movie
Enjoy free movies provided the second and fourth Saturday of the month in the Library’s movie theater at 2 p.m.  Movie titles are geared towards a family audience with a variety of G, PG and sometimes PG-13 ratings.  Refreshments are available for a small charge.
