Book Reviews
Join us on the second Wednesday of the month at 10 a.m. in the Multi-Purpose Meeting Room for the Monthly Book Reviews.
The Friends of the Library have prepared an exciting and diverse schedule of presenters and books to be reviewed this season!  Anyone interested in a fun and lively discussion of literature is invited to attend. Don’t forget to enter yourself in the raffle at the door to win a copy of the book being reviewed.  Click here for book list and schedule.

Poetry on the Patio
Formerly “Poetry Live!”, poetry on the patio is a casual evening of poetry readings that takes place on the beautiful patio outside of Richard’s Fine Coffees at the Library.  Join us on the last Tuesday of each month (September through April) at 6:30 p.m. for this family event.  A poetry selection book is provided for participants that do not bring their own original poem to read.  Do you po∙et∙oke?  Join us in this new movement! It’s very similar to karaoke; we provide a list of poems for you to choose from and you read your poem of choice to the group.  Your own piece of original poetry is always welcome too, but be sure to keep it appropriate for this family event!  For more information, contact the Library at (863) 291-5880.

Computer Classes
Classes are free and average two hours long.  Registration NOT required...first come, first serve.  Class size and computers are limited.  Personal laptops are welcome provided they have the appropriate software installed.
