The R.E.A.D. Series is an educational program designed to offer information and resources to the public. The series offers workshops and seminars on a monthly basis to the public free of charge.

Career Source Mobile One-Stop

The Career Source (formerly Polk Works) Mobile One-Stop bus, equipped with computers, will have case managers to assist with: Creating/Updating Resumes,    Assessing Job Skills, Job Applications, Food Stamp Applications,     Counseling Services, Training, Job Searching, Unemployment Claims, ...and more!  No Appointment Necessary!

This bus will be at the Library on the first Monday of every month.

The Winter Haven Archaeology Society will present Professor David Jacques, the lead archaeologist at Stonehenge, who will share the latest information on his dig there, which is major news and referred to in the cover story in the September 2014 issue of Smithsonian Magazine.
